# Welcome to Eastworlds

***

**We help robots leave the lab faster.**

> A robot leaves the lab when it can operate in the real world, solve real problems, and generate real economic value. Over time, it will be able to get what it wants, regardless of whatever obstacles are in the way.

The next frontier of agentic GDP is physical. As AI agents mature from purely digital actors into systems capable of dexterous manipulation, locomotion, and real-world task execution, the infrastructure layer must evolve alongside them. Eastworlds is the embodied AI accelerator built to close that gap.

### **Why Robotics, Why Now**

The next frontier of agentic GDP is physical. As AI agents mature from purely digital actors into systems capable of dexterous manipulation, locomotion, and real-world task execution, the infrastructure layer must evolve alongside them.

Humanoid and robotic form factors unlock an entirely new class of use cases, from entertainment and interactive experiences to utility applications in structured environments. The window to build foundational robotic agents is now. Eastworlds exists to give builders the fastest path from idea to deployment.

### **About Eastworlds**

Eastworlds is a purpose-built embodied AI accelerator where robotics teams gain access to real robot hardware, physical testing environments, and the operational infrastructure needed to develop and deploy robotic agents.

Eastworlds is not a showcase. It is a working facility designed to compress the iteration cycle between policy training, teleoperation, and real-world deployment. Teams accepted into Eastworlds should arrive with a clear use case and a baseline level of robotics fluency. We exist to accelerate, not to introduce.

### **Our Three Pillars**

#### *1. Build Fast: Embodied AI Accelerator*

We help teams turn robotics ideas into deployable systems at speed. Eastworlds concentrates top embodied AI talent from around the world into a single execution hub, bringing researchers, engineers, and founders together to build side by side. By operating as a high-density environment, we accelerate iteration, knowledge transfer, and breakthrough problem-solving.

Teams are equipped with everything needed to ship: strong funding support to remove capital as a bottleneck, access to humanoid and non-humanoid hardware platforms matched to their approved use case, access to companies for pilot projects, and a full software stack including teleoperation, simulation, and tooling. We also partner with leading research labs globally to solve the hardest technical challenges, from manipulation to perception to control, allowing founders to stay focused on growth, deployment, and real-world implementation.

Our focus is simple: move from prototype to real-world readiness as quickly as possible.

#### *2. Deploy Fast: Physical AI BPO*

We take robots out of the accelerator and put them to work. BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) traditionally meant outsourcing human labor. Physical AI BPO extends this model by deploying robots-as-a-service to perform real-world tasks across industries such as retail, hospitality, and security.

This approach enables immediate deployment without waiting for full autonomy. While VLA-based systems require long training cycles and high reliability thresholds, teleoperated and hybrid systems can be deployed today, generating value from day one. Over time, the data collected from these deployments enables increasing levels of autonomy. We win early by securing real commercial contracts, embedding into workflows, and owning the distribution layer from the start.

#### *3. Learn Fast: Embodied AI Data Lake*

Every deployment generates high-fidelity data from the most valuable environment: the real world. Unlike controlled settings or simulated environments, Eastworlds captures chaotic, unstructured, and edge-case-heavy data from live operations. This includes egocentric teleoperation data, multi-modal sensory inputs, and task execution feedback across diverse environments.

In the near term, this data directly improves system performance: increasing manipulation precision, enhancing stability, and informing rapid hardware iteration. Over time, this dataset becomes the foundation for training next-generation models, including Vision-Language-Action (VLA) systems and World Action Models (WAMs), enabling a transition from teleoperation to full autonomy.

The result is a compounding data advantage that accelerates both capability and deployment speed.

### **What Eastworlds Access Includes**

Eastworlds access is a structured, time-bound engagement designed to give teams the minimum viable surface they need to test, learn, and build.

Funding support to ensure teams can focus on building rather than fundraising during their engagement period.

Hardware access to humanoid and robotic platforms suited to the team's approved use case. Form factor and specifications are matched to the use case rationale submitted during onboarding.

Physical space with dedicated testing environments configured for real-world task execution, including safe zones for locomotion, manipulation testing, and scenario simulation.

Operations support from our team throughout the engagement period, covering safety protocols, hardware setup, and operational guidance.

Software access to teleoperation tooling and policy training infrastructure to enable human-guided control and develop behavioral policies.

### **How to Join Eastworlds**

Eastworlds access is gated, subject to our approval process based on use case, capacity, and readiness.

***Step 1:*** [***Apply***](https://b12cbtbmso7.typeform.com/to/KmzaCPRP) Teams submit their interest directly to the Eastworlds team. Applications should include the specific humanoid or robotic use case, team background, technical readiness, and hardware requirements.

***Step 2: Assessment*** Our team evaluates each application based on use case rationale, technical capability, and available capacity. We prioritize projects where a robot form factor is a core product element, not an accessory. Marketing-oriented deployments that use robots for optics rather than capability will not be supported.

***Step 3: Onboarding*** Approved teams are scheduled for onboarding. Teams should expect a delay between approval and access commencement. We operate on a spaced access model to ensure each team receives adequate support and facility time.

***Step 4: Access Period*** Approved teams receive one month of Eastworlds access. This is the standard engagement window. Extensions are not guaranteed and will be assessed case by case based on progress and facility availability.

**Disclaimer**

Submitting an application does not guarantee access to Eastworlds. All access decisions, including onboarding, scheduling, duration, and extensions, are made at the sole discretion of the Eastworlds team. Capacity is limited and subject to change. The Eastworlds team reserves the right to modify access criteria, engagement terms, and facility availability at any time without prior notice.

**Frequently Asked Questions**

*What types of projects qualify?* Projects must have a robot form factor as a core product element, not as an accessory. Supported use cases are entertainment and utility applications where physical embodiment drives the agent's value.

*How long is the access period?* The standard Eastworlds engagement is one month. Teams should scope their objectives accordingly and arrive with a clear plan for the engagement window.

*Can teams return for a second access period?* This is evaluated case by case and is not a standard offering. Capacity is limited and prioritized for new teams.

*What hardware is available?* Eastworlds operates a fleet of 30+ Unitree robots alongside other humanoid and non-humanoid platforms. Hardware is matched to each team's approved use case during onboarding.

*Do teams need prior robotics experience?* Yes. Teams should arrive with a baseline level of robotics fluency and a clear use case. Eastworlds exists to accelerate, not to introduce.
